Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how JunkMetrix collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, and related services (the “Service”). It works together with our Terms of Service.

2. Your client information belongs to you

Customer, contact, job, billing, and other operational records you enter for your business (“Customer Data”) belong to you and your business. JunkMetrix processes Customer Data to provide the Service to your workspace — for example to store records, schedule work, send messages you initiate, generate documents, and support your team’s day-to-day operations.

We do not sell your Customer Data. We do not use identifiable client lists from your workspace for advertising to those clients.

3. Aggregated and sample reporting

We may use anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated data samples derived from use of the Service — including random samples that do not identify your business or your clients — for reporting, product analytics, benchmarking, and improving JunkMetrix. Where we create such samples or reports, we take reasonable steps so they cannot reasonably be used to identify you, your business, or your clients.

4. Account and usage information

We collect information such as:

  • account details (name, email, role, business membership);
  • signup and invite details you provide;
  • security and access logs (for example login times, IP address, and device/browser signals);
  • records of when you accepted these Terms and this Privacy Policy; and
  • technical diagnostics needed to operate and secure the Service.

5. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • communicate about your account, invites, and support requests;
  • monitor abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
  • meet legal obligations; and
  • produce anonymized or aggregated insights as described above.

6. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who help us host, email, monitor, or support the Service, under obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or with your direction (for example when you connect a calendar or export data). Workspace admins and authorized users in your business can see Customer Data according to their permissions.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices

Workspace admins can manage users and data in their business. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account information subject to legal and operational limits (for example retention of security logs or records we must keep). Contact jimmy@junkmetrix.com for privacy requests.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and version and may require renewed acceptance before you continue using the Service.
